Can I Get My Cracked iPhone 14 Pro Screen Repaired if Find My iPhone is On?

I have an iPhone 14 Pro with a cracked screen that's gone black with some green glitches. Unfortunately, I can't access the phone to turn off Find My iPhone because I'm unsure if it's activated and I don't know my iCloud password. I can't reset my password since I don't have access to my verification number right now. Is it worth taking my phone to GeekSquad or Apple for repair, even if Find My iPhone might be turned on? Are there any options for bypassing it without logging in? I'd really like to get this fixed as soon as possible!

Unfortunately, if you can't log into your Apple account, they won't be able to help you with the repair. They take that security very seriously, so try to remember your password if you can!

If you don’t have access to the Apple ID tied to that phone, it’s considered locked, and they won’t service it. In that case, you might want to think of ways to recover the password or get help from Apple support to unlock your account.

You can still turn off Find My iPhone even if your screen’s black. Check Apple’s support page for guidance on removing a device from your account. It's possible to do it without being able to access the phone directly!

That’s great to know! But if I can’t sign in because I don’t know my password, I can’t use that option, right?
