Hey everyone! I'm looking for advice on whether I can install an SSD on my Asus Prime H410M-E motherboard. If it's possible, which SSD would you recommend? I know my motherboard is getting old and I should probably think about upgrading, but I'm on a budget. Thanks!

Yes, you can install an SSD because your motherboard has an M.2 slot available. If you're looking for a specific model, check out the Crucial P310, which offers 2TB and works well with your setup.
Just a quick question—what's your budget? And do you already have any drives you’re looking to replace or upgrade?
Your board runs on PCIe 3.0 and has just one M.2 slot. If you're already using an M.2 NVMe SSD, you won't be able to add a second one, but you could install a SATA SSD like the Crucial BX500 or a Kingston model. If you're still on an HDD, upgrading to an NVMe drive like the Crucial P3 or even a P3 Plus (which is PCIe 4.0 compatible) could be a good move! Also, Lexar drives are solid options too.

Right now, I have three drives: the Windows SSD that came with the PC and two HDDs—a Toshiba and a Barracuda. But I’m not sure where the PCIe slot is on my motherboard.
