I recently worked as a WBLP DCO and completed my orientation. However, I was offered a better-paying job closer to home, so I decided to leave. I informed my manager and left the same day. Now, two months later, I'm thinking about returning to my old job. Am I eligible for rehire?

That's a tough one! Generally, unless your manager flagged you as ineligible for rehire, you should be good to go. It's always best to check directly with HR to confirm your status though.

Before reapplying, you can always reach out to your previous manager to discuss your situation. They might provide insight into your eligibility and help facilitate your return.

You could likely reapply, but just be aware that since you left, they might want you to go through the whole rehiring process. Given how short your time away has been, they might let you skip some steps.
