I just downloaded Linux and I'm completely new to this. I'm wondering if I can still save files on the USB drive that I used for the installation, or is it now only an installer for Linux?

Absolutely! Just format the USB and you can use it for anything you want afterward.

Definitely. After you're done with the Linux installer, just wipe it clean by reformatting and it’s good to go for whatever else you need!

Yes, you can reformat it. Once you're done using it for the installation, it'll be wiped clean and ready for storage or any other use.

For sure! If you want, you can set it aside as an installer, or if you need it for files, just reformat it and it'll work like new.
