Can I Stream Xbox Games on a Virtualized Setup?

I'm interested in trying out a game that's only available on Xbox and PC. Unfortunately, I don't have a gaming PC—just a newer office PC without a dedicated GPU but with 16GB of RAM and solid processing power. I also don't own an Xbox console. However, I do have a fast 1000/1000 Mbps fiber Internet connection. I'm wondering if it's possible to virtualize the Xbox hardware for gaming with decent results. I've attempted using GeForce NOW, but it's been really laggy and feels unresponsive. Is there a way to test Xbox Cloud Gaming for free, or would I need to sign up for an Ultimate subscription just to check if it works better? I'd prefer to virtualize Xbox hardware instead of PC hardware, but I'm open to any solutions. Are there any other options I should consider?

With Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, you can access cloud gaming with an Xbox controller. You can stream directly from your Chrome web browser, so no need to download anything! Also, don't forget about Luna Gaming—it works on nearly any device. If you have a gaming PC at home, you might consider using Moonlight and Sunshine for streaming. It's free and offers great performance; you can stream to your PC or TV.

Thanks! Is there a way to try Xbox Cloud Gaming without paying upfront, or do I have to sign up for a month first?
