I'm currently on the Pro plan for Claude and trying to integrate Claude Code into my VS Code setup. I heard I might need an API key for that. Could anyone provide some clarity on whether the Pro plan includes access to Claude Code or if I need to do something extra?

You should definitely check out the support article on using Claude Code with your Pro or Max account. It explains everything clearly, and it confirms that as a Pro user, you are entitled to use Claude Code directly!

Yeah, if you're on the Pro plan, you can actually use Claude Code without needing separate API credits. Just launch Claude Code and you should see an option to log in with your Pro account. It's been available for Pro users for about a week now!
