What’s the Best GPU Upgrade for My Sim Rig?

I recently built a sim rig and am currently using my old PC with a 1650 Super, which is surprisingly still selling for around $250 AUD. I'm looking to upgrade since the 4GB of VRAM isn't cutting it anymore. I have a i5-10500 CPU and might consider upgrading to a i7-10700 down the line. I'm thinking about either the B580, a 3060 12GB, or a 4060 8GB, but I'm leaning towards the B580 because it's more modern and has decent VRAM. My concern is whether there will be any major overhead issues with my current CPU. What do you think? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I’d go with the RX 9060 XT 16GB if your budget allows. It’s a solid card and outperforms the others easily!

Haha wow, that was a quick response! I’m now considering it since it just hit the market. Just trying to see if I can stretch my budget for it. Thanks for the suggestion!

Yeah, get the 9060 XT as everyone is saying; it’s really the smartest choice considering your budget and CPU.

Honestly, I don’t know why I hadn't thought of that sooner. It seems like the obvious choice now, lol!

Definitely the 9060 XT 16GB—it's the best option here if your budget permits!

I'm just waiting to see how the prices shake out before I decide, but thanks for chiming in!
