Hey everyone! I'm in the process of building a new PC, but I'm facing a bit of a dilemma. The graphics card market is pretty rough right now with everything being super expensive and out of stock. I was wondering if I could temporarily use my current RTX 2060 with a Ryzen 7800X3D until I can get my hands on a more affordable graphics card. Also, any thoughts on when the 50 series GPUs will be easier to find? Thanks a lot!

Yep, you can pair them! Just be aware that the 2060 could act as a bottleneck in performance. As for the 50 series cards, it’s tough to say when they'll become readily available or cheaper, given the current GPU market trends.
Absolutely, you can use the RTX 2060 with the 7800X3D. Just keep in mind that the 2060 might hold back the full potential of the Ryzen 7800X3D in some situations, but it's definitely usable!
I checked a bottleneck calculator and it showed 0%, but I’m not sure how reliable that is either.
