I recently bought an HP Zbook Firefly G10A on eBay, and unfortunately, the touchpad stopped working just two days after the return window closed. I checked the serial number and it seems to be under warranty. I'm wondering if I can still use the warranty for repairs. Will I need to provide proof of purchase? The warranty details mention coverage type as 'Bundled warranty' and service type as 'HWM Offsite' along with 'Factory Warranty' and 'Warranty Hardware Maintenance Off-Site'.

In my experience, you should be able to use the warranty. I had a good experience with HP before when making a similar claim. Just keep any documentation handy in case they ask for it.
Definitely reach out to HP customer support and ask them about your situation. Each case can be different, so they will provide the specific info you need.
Before going for warranty, check if you've accidentally disabled the touchpad. It can happen easily, and sometimes it’s as simple as turning it back on in the settings.
Always worth checking the simplest fixes first!

I’ve done that a few times myself! Just check the touchpad settings in Windows.
