I recently got a new power supply that I believe should be compatible with my computer. The only thing I'm unsure about is that it has a slot labeled "12V 2×6," which is meant for GPU power. I have an RX 7600 XT that requires dual 8-pin connectors. There's a cable in the box that connects the "12V 2×6" slot to two 8-pin connectors. Is it safe for me to use that cable to power my GPU?

Yes, that setup should work! Power connectors are designed to be keyed properly to prevent incorrect connections, so you should be good to go.
I tried it, but my GPU started making a static sound, so I turned it off right away. Just wanted to double-check if I'd done something wrong.
