I'm curious if any Linux distributions are capable of offering a Quick Resume feature similar to what Xbox has. Specifically, I'm looking for the ability to instantly resume a game even after shutting down my PC. I know that some systems like Steam OS have similar functionalities, but I want to know if this is achievable on other Linux distros. Can anyone share their insights?

So, from what I gather, you're looking for something that pauses games fully even after a shutdown. My Steam Deck can do Sleep/Resume, but it sounds like Xbox Quick Resume does even more. It's not really straightforward unless Steam fully supports it, and even then, it kind of depends on how games are managed on your OS.
Right, it’s pretty complex. Each game needs to really be aware of its context for that to work seamlessly across different states.
The best option right now is to use hibernation features, but it's not quite the same as Xbox's Quick Resume. It does allow you to save the session as it is, but you might not get the exact experience you're looking for.
I believe there are ways to get this working on Steam OS. I saw a video not too long ago about it. Just check if your games support these features too!

Exactly! Quick Resume on Xbox essentially lets you pause games even when the console is off, which is a unique setup. It would need games designed to handle that state properly on Linux.
