For sure! If you're playing at 1080p, you may want to set the graphics to low or medium for a smoother experience. It should still be pretty playable though.
Just to add on, you can check your resolution in the game settings. Usually, it's under video settings. If it's set to 1920x1080, then you're good to go for 1080p!
