It really depends on your definition of transitioning to DevOps. I work on a DevOps team where we have members from various backgrounds, including a test engineer. They still do the key DevOps tasks but focus on end-to-end testing. If you're aiming for a standard DevOps role, I recommend prioritizing learning GitHub Actions, Terraform, and AWS, in that order.
