I've been struggling to disable Virtualization-Based Security (VBS) on my Windows system. No matter what I've tried—using command prompts, PowerShell, editing the registry, and even turning off Core Isolation and Hyper-V—VBS just won't turn off. Is there a specific version of Windows where it's actually possible to disable VBS? Any insights would be appreciated!

If you're not familiar with the process, don't worry. Yes, you should use PowerShell to run the commands needed to disable it. Just ensure you’re only disabling VBS and not Credential Guard if that’s also showing up. I get it—disabling VBS is crucial for emulators to run smoothly without lag. I had a similar issue, but I managed to disable VBS by updating to KB5077241 (a preview update from February) and using the Device Guard Readiness tool. It kept VBS on for me too, but after that, it worked. Just make sure you have that update installed first, then run the tool. Here’s the link for the device readiness tool: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53337. Give it a shot!
