Can’t Access BIOS or Windows – Need Help!

I've been using my Windows 10 PC for a few years without any hardware or software changes recently. About an hour before I started having issues, I was running a weekly virus scan, but it didn't report any problems. After that, I was watching a movie, and when it started buffering, I tried to switch to a game but experienced double controller inputs. When I attempted to restart my PC, it got stuck on the restarting screen for about 15-20 minutes. I tried a power button press, but nothing happened. Eventually, I received a blue screen that said "invalid IO boost state," and the system rebooted. From there, it got stuck on the BIOS screen with spinning dots. After waiting ten minutes, I powered it off. Now, all I can see is the BIOS flash screen with a message prompting me to press DEL or F2 to access the UEFI BIOS settings—but neither key works to get me past this screen. I'm really stuck and would greatly appreciate any guidance! Here's what I've already tried: unplugging the system for 5-10 minutes, removing all cables except for the monitor and power, clearing the CMOS, replacing the CMOS battery, and trying to boot with a Windows installer flash drive in place. My system specs are as follows: Windows 10 64-bit, AMD 5950X CPU, 32 GB GSKILL RAM at 3600MHz, GIGABYTE AORUS GeForce RTX 3080 MASTER 10G graphics card, ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Pro motherboard, Noctua NH-D15 cooler, Samsung 970 EVO PLUS M.2 2TB boot drive, and WD Blue 4TB SATA SSD, powered by a Seasonic FOCUS PX-850 power supply.

Sounds like a tough situation! First off, have you tried disconnecting all drives and just booting from the USB? Sometimes, faulty hard drives can really mess with the system and prevent BIOS access. Give that a shot, and see if it helps!

I love you! I had an older storage hard drive connected that was causing the issue! I'm pretty sure I have all of that stuff backed up, but at least I have access to my PC now! Thanks a lot!
