I'm having trouble accessing my Apple account linked to my email. I can input my email and reset my password, but it doesn't show my security questions, and I can't update them. To make things worse, the password reset email I received addressed me with the wrong first name, although my last name is correct, and no one I know has that first name.
I have the email and password for this account, but I'm wondering if there's any way to regain access or at least delete the account. Alternatively, can I create a new Apple account using the same email? I reached out to Apple support, but they weren't much help. The only reason I need the account is for Apple Music, and I'm using an Android device.

It sounds like your account might have been compromised, especially since you can't answer the security questions. Unfortunately, Apple doesn't allow you to delete the account without logging in. You also can't create a new account with the same email address. Your best bet might be to reach out to support again and explain your situation more clearly, or you might just need to make a new email address for a fresh Apple account.
Honestly, it's tough because you don't know the security questions and you're not getting anywhere with support. If you do know your password, you might try resetting it again or using a different method of recovery. If all else fails, just create a new account with a different email, and make sure to use a password manager and enable two-factor authentication this time to keep it secure. That way, if you ever need to reset anything, you'll have a backup plan.
I do know my password. Should I still make a new account?

Any solutions if I really can't get into it?
