Hey everyone, I really need some help here. I just upgraded to a new 1000 Mbps internet connection from a different provider, and while it works perfectly on my phone, I'm having issues with my PC. As soon as I turn my computer on, I get a message saying 'Unable to connect to the internet.' I have two connection options: 'TP-Link' and 'TP-Link 5G.' The regular connection is very weak, while the 5G one shows some kind of problem. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the network driver and resetting the network settings, but nothing's changed. My phone is getting a solid 400 Mbps in the same room. My PC is pretty new, having been purchased just last August. I'm out of ideas on what else to try!

That's strange! First off, have you checked if the password for both networks is the same? It might sound basic, but sometimes that can trip you up. Another thought is to log into your router and see if your PC is somehow blacklisted or restricted from connecting. Just throwing out some ideas here, but maybe they could help!
I can see how frustrating that must be! If the password hasn’t changed and the router looks good, maybe it’s worth looking into the network adapter settings on your PC? Sometimes a setting can be accidentally changed that might stop it from connecting properly. Good luck!
