I recently purchased an SSD for my laptop, but I'm having trouble connecting it. It seems like I might be missing an adapter. I've attached a picture to help identify the issue. Any suggestions?

This is an M.2 slot. Do you know the exact model of your laptop?

It's an IdeaPad Gaming 3. I'm confused about the grey square—is that not for a drive?

It looks like there's a metal frame at the lower left that seems designed for a 2.5" drive, but I can't spot a cable anywhere. Always frustrating when the necessary details are missing, like the laptop model!
