I'm trying to install Windows 11, but when I reach the "selection location to install Windows 11" screen, I'm stuck. The only option I see is "disk 0 partition 1," and I can't move past this point. Can anyone help me out?

If there's nothing important on that disk, think about deleting all the partitions and then creating new ones. Just a heads up, this will erase everything on it, so make sure you're okay with that.

I can't even delete the partition for some reason. My mouse isn't working, so I'm stuck using my keyboard only.

It seems like "disk 0" might be your Windows installation USB stick. Double-check the size of that drive to confirm. If you're using a modern Intel system with an NVMe SSD, you might need to disable VMD in the BIOS or add the Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver to your installation media. Let me know what specs you have!

Yeah, disk 0 is my USB. I'm using an HP Spectre and I'm stuck in a boot loop, so I'm trying to reinstall Windows 11. I can't find the option to disable VMD in the BIOS.

If you're not sure how to access the BIOS, try pressing F10 or ESC while booting up your laptop. It should take you there!
