Since uninstalling Razer Cortex, I'm having trouble getting both of my monitors to work properly. My system seems to be defaulting to the integrated graphics rather than the dedicated AMD GPU, which is causing performance drops and display issues. Here are my specs:
- Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B650M-A WIFI II
- CPU: AMD Ryzen (with Integrated Graphics)
- GPU: Dedicated AMD Radeon Card
- Monitors: Two monitors (one DisplayPort, one HDMI), including a MAG274QRF-QD.
To fix the issues, I've:
1. Uninstalled and reinstalled the AMD Adrenalin drivers multiple times.
2. Disabled the "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" in Device Manager, which fixed some resolution issues.
3. Made changes in the BIOS to force the PC to use the dedicated GPU instead of the integrated graphics.
Despite these efforts, my monitors only seem to work if I connect one to the integrated graphics and the other to the dedicated card. This setup causes severe lag in games. If I connect both monitors to the dedicated GPU, I see the BIOS screen but lose the signal when Windows loads. What could I be missing to resolve this?

Try using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). Download it, boot into Safe Mode, and run DDU. Make sure to clean any AMD drivers and also the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. After cleaning, shut down the PC completely before restarting. This should help eliminate any driver conflicts that might be causing the issue.

I've tried running DDU, but I see the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter is already inactive. Does that affect anything?
