I'm having a tough time accessing the App Store because of some email mix-ups. There are two different emails popping up for me—one linked to Gmail and another to iCloud. The issue is that I can't reset the Gmail password, which I'd need to do in order to access my iCloud account. To clarify, I'm trying to update my bank info, but it keeps asking for a password. The only option I'm seeing is for the Gmail account that I'm currently using, but it's not working. When I go into the app settings to reset it, it's asking for the iCloud account, which isn't helping me right now since I really need to figure out the Gmail password. It's super frustrating because I know the correct password for my Gmail, but I can't seem to reset anything!

First, try logging into Gmail directly through the web. You can reset your password there if you have access to the recovery options. This issue sounds more related to Gmail than to Apple. Just go to mail.google.com and see if you can fix it from there!
If the app was downloaded through your old Apple account, you could also delete it and then redownload it to sync it with your current Apple ID. This might help with your login issues too.
It sounds like you could be using different accounts for iCloud and the App Store. Are you sure you didn't accidentally use your old iCloud account to set things up?
Not on purpose! I may have initially logged in with my old iCloud and forgot the password. I think it might be time to uninstall the app and reinstall it using the current iCloud.

I tried that, but it keeps asking for an iCloud password. I know my Gmail password, but it seems like it’s linked to an old iCloud, and the recovery options aren’t working for me right now.
