I'm searching for an alternative to OneNote that's easy to use on Linux. Does anyone have recommendations?

Obsidian is a great choice! It's open-source, packed with features, and has a strong community with plenty of plugins available.
If you're keen on handwritten notes, consider RNote or Xournal++. They can handle that kind of input really well.
While there’s no direct OneNote clone, Obsidian is pretty close and actually offers some advantages over it!
Check out Joplin. It's fully open-source, no subscriptions needed, and I really enjoy using it. It works well across devices!
I like Joplin too! I run my own server on a Debian/Docker setup, and the client apps are really smooth on both iOS and Fedora.
