I'm having trouble opening an MP4 file that my lawyer sent me. I received a zip file that, when uncompressed, contains an HTML file with a link to an MP4. The instructions say to use a specific player called Watch Guard Player, but I can't seem to get anything to open. I really need to view this body camera footage, but the files he keeps sending aren't working properly. Has anyone else faced this issue?

Just curious, is this file something you expected from your lawyer, or was it random? Sometimes unexpected emails can lead to issues with attachments.
Have you tried using VLC Media Player? It's pretty versatile and can handle most video formats, including MP4s. Might be worth a shot!
Yes, I tried that already. Unfortunately, I don’t think the file was sent correctly.
I actually requested this video, but I just can't open the files he's sending.
