.NET MAUI or Flutter – which one is better for developing mobile apps? What are their main uses, advantages, and disadvantages?

Have you thought about React Native? It's super popular recently, and it might be worth considering for its cross-platform capabilities.
I usually go for native app development unless there's a strong reason not to. Consider how reliant your app will be on back-end network services. Could you potentially handle more of the business logic there?
I'm a fan of .NET, but I'd actually recommend going with Flutter here. It's more robust and well-established compared to MAUI.
If you look at the top 20 apps on your phone, most of them are native apps (like Swift/Obj-C for iOS or Java/Kotlin for Android). The ones using cross-platform frameworks are probably React Native or Flutter. Honestly, MAUI doesn't even show up that much.
