I'm planning to build a computer with a Ryzen 7 7700 processor and a Radeon 9060 XT graphics card. The last piece I'm stuck on is the motherboard. I've read that B650 motherboards tend to have poor VRMs, which might be an issue when considering upgrades to future Ryzen series like the 10000 and 11000. I don't expect to upgrade to anything drawing more than 120-130W in the next four years. I've heard that motherboards with a 6-1-1 power phase can be good. I'm looking for budget-friendly suggestions that are at least reliable. I'm shopping in Romania, and I found a local version of PC Part Picker to make things easier.

You don't really need top-notch VRMs for your build; any B650 or B850 motherboard will do just fine. It's not like Intel where an i5 can pull up to 181W of power. If you're looking for something decent, just go for a board with a heatsink over the VRMs—that's usually sufficient!
