I'm currently using a Google Cloud VM and accessing it via SSH with VSCode. I've been a fan of Cline because of its memory bank feature. I'm curious if switching to Claude Code would give me similar or even better functionality. Has anyone tried both and can share their experiences?

I've pretty much stopped using Cline since I switched to Claude Code. It just has that extra something that really helps—plus, it works great with SSH since it’s all shell-based.
In my experience, Claude Code is definitely miles ahead of Cline when it comes to functionality. The performance and features are noticeably better.
