I'm thinking about upgrading my PC but plan to keep my storage and an RTX 2080 Super for now. I'm looking at some deals and wondering if they're worth it or if I should wait until October to December when prices might drop further. I found some options that I'm considering. What do you think?

It really depends on what system you're working with right now. The RAM and CPU options you're looking at might not be the best value, and that PSU raises some concerns. If you're committed to upgrading, you should consider solid options like the Phanteks lineup instead.
Whatever you decide, I strongly recommend avoiding the 14th Gen Intel CPUs—they're known to have a lot of issues. A more reliable choice would be to go for a budget-friendly Ryzen instead.
Currently, I’ve just got the RTX 2080 Super, a 1TB HDD, and a 250GB SSD, with my setup being an EliteDesk i7 4770 combined with a GTX 1050 Ti. Nothing super fancy or worth salvaging.
