I need something straightforward to set up and manage, as my company isn't large enough for big enterprise solutions. It's important for me to track who has what and when items were last used. Just a heads up, I've already ruled out SnipeIT because it doesn't seem to be a plug-and-play option. While budget isn't a major concern, I really need a solution that performs well with minimal manual oversight. Have you checked if your current payroll system has an inventory management addon? You might be able to integrate something neat without the hassle of managing a separate system altogether.
