Could a Damaged CPU Cause No Display Output?

I'm running into a problem with my PC where everything seems to power up—fans are spinning, and lights are on—but the monitors aren't detecting any signal. I'm starting to think the CPU might be the issue, but I want to confirm if this is a possibility before jumping to conclusions.

You might also want to try swapping out your cables. HDMI and DisplayPort cables can wear out over time, which might be the reason for no display.

Most motherboards have LED indicators for troubleshooting. Look for the ones marked CPU, RAM, or VGA. They can really help pinpoint what's going wrong.

Yeah, a damaged CPU can definitely lead to no display output! What’s making you suspect it might be faulty?

Typically, unless there’s visible damage like broken pins (common with AM4 sockets), it's rare for the CPU to be the culprit.
