I have an MSI RX 6600 XT graphics card that powers up (the fans are spinning), but unfortunately, I'm not getting any display on my monitor. I'm fairly certain the graphics card is defective since my PC works fine with a different GPU. The only thing I can see wrong is some marks on the PCB, but everything else seems okay. Here's a link to the images showing the marks: https://imgur.com/a/9esF1lC

What kind of marks are you talking about? Also, just to double-check, does the GPU show up in your device manager? Make sure you're using either an HDMI or DisplayPort cable connected to the GPU and that your monitor is set to the correct input.
1. You can see the marks in the zoomed-in pictures on the Imgur link.
2. When I try to use the integrated graphics while the GPU is installed, it doesn't appear in the device manager.
3. I'm definitely sure the cable is plugged into the GPU port and the monitor is on the right input.
