I recently built a new PC with a B650 Tomahawk WiFi motherboard, but I'm having some issues. The CPU light is consistently red, which I know is likely due to it not supporting the 9800X3D CPU I initially tried to use. I managed to update the BIOS using Flashback, and after that, the white light turned off, but the PC still doesn't restart. I also tried swapping in a 7800X3D and different RAM sticks, but the same thing happened. I tested the SSD, cooler, and PSU with my Intel 14600K build, and they all worked fine. Also, the X670 board I have works perfectly with the 9800X3D. I'm starting to wonder if the issue is with the cooler pressure or if the motherboard itself might be faulty. Any thoughts?

Make sure the BIOS update process really went smoothly. How long did it take for the update? Sometimes if the update didn't complete properly, it might cause issues like you're experiencing.

It took about 5-7 minutes. The white light didn’t go away at first, but after another try, it did, which means the update was likely successful. Still, no restart.
