Could My Power Supply Be Causing Black Screen Issues?

I recently upgraded my PC components from an RX 7800XT, Ryzen 5 8400F, and Gamemax 850W Bronze PSU to a 9070 XT, Ryzen 5 7500F, and a used Cooler Master MWE V2 850W Gold. After the upgrade, I started experiencing black screens during gaming sessions. Initially, I would have to turn off the PC and wait about 30 minutes before it would work again. Now, whenever I turn on the PC, it goes straight to a black screen. I checked to see if my old RX 7800XT would work, and it did fine for a day, but then it also started turning off the screen unexpectedly, even on the desktop. I'm wondering if the power supply might be the culprit here.

It sounds like the PSU could indeed be the issue. However, if the system doesn't turn back on immediately, it might indicate that your CPU is overheating instead.

But I checked the temperatures, and they're all fine: GPU at 45°C, hotspot at 50°C, and VRAM at 55°C.
