I had a gaming setup with an RX 7800XT GPU, Ryzen 5 8400F CPU, and a Gamemax 850W Bronze power supply, and it was running perfectly. Recently, I upgraded to a 9070 XT GPU, a Ryzen 5 7500F CPU, and a Cooler Master MWE V2 850W Gold power supply (which was used). After the upgrade, I've been experiencing black screens while gaming. The only way to recover from this is to turn off the PC for about 30 minutes before I can use it again. If I run the PC immediately after a black screen, it just goes blank again. To troubleshoot, I tested my old RX 7800XT GPU and it worked fine initially, but the next day, the screen started turning off suddenly even when I was just on the desktop. I'm beginning to suspect that the power supply could be the culprit. What do you think?

It's also worth mentioning that using a good DisplayPort cable can play a role here. Are you using a reliable one?
You might want to try switching back to your old power supply, at least temporarily. Just take it out of the case and connect the cables to the motherboard and GPU to see if that fixes the issue.
I can't do that right now, but I'll check a Corsair 750W PSU tomorrow and see if it makes a difference.

I tested three different cables, so I think that should be fine.
