I'm encountering an issue where several users are experiencing random freezes on Windows 11, and I'm struggling to figure out the cause. I've done some diagnostics, and everything seems normal. All drivers are updated, and Windows is the latest version. I've also removed most of the bloatware. I've checked the Event Viewer but didn't find anything unusual there. What are some other troubleshooting steps I can take? How can I better diagnose these freeze events? Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

Have you looked into the BIOS settings or the disk setup? Sometimes changes there can lead to issues, but be cautious as it could potentially lead to data loss. Always ensure your backups are up-to-date before making any changes. You might also want to check some FAQ resources for Windows 11 troubleshooting.
What diagnostics specifically did you run? Just wondering if there's something more comprehensive you could try. Also, I saw someone mention that resetting Windows Defender might help if there are issues with it causing freezes—maybe give that a shot as well!
I ran a system diagnostic from the BIOS and used HP's tools as well. I’m trying to reset Windows Defender to see if that makes any difference.
