I'm in the process of building my first PC and I might have made an error with my power supply unit (PSU) choice. I've ordered the MSI MAG A850GL PCIE5 PSU ATX 3.1, but I'm realizing it has a 16-pin PCIe connector. My Sapphire Pulse 9070XT uses standard 8-pin power connectors. Did I make a mistake here, or can I still make it work? I've heard something about using adapters, but I'm really looking for solid advice on this.

That PSU is equipped to handle your setup, so you won’t need any adapters. Just stick with the cables that match your GPU.
You definitely have enough cables to work it out. Just make sure not to daisy chain the cables and use a separate one for each 8-pin connector on your GPU.
Just double-check if your 9070XT has two 8-pin connectors. If it does, you’re all set with that PSU!
You should be fine! Just plug in the 8-pin cables. Having the 16-pin connector doesn't mean you won't have the 8-pin options as well.
Don't sweat it! The PSU comes with multiple 6+2 PCIe power cables, so you're totally good to go. Just use those and you should be set without any hassle.
