I just used the entire 1g of Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut thermal paste on my CPU when I mounted my air cooler and even turned it on once. Should I unmount the cooler to clean it up and apply more? Is there any chance I can reuse what I have left since I'm out of paste?

If you're worried, just grab some budget thermal paste like MX4 or MX6 from Arctic. It's affordable and will do the job nicely.
It's probably best not to reuse any paste. Just order a new tube when you can. Next time, be careful with how much you apply! An even thin layer is usually all you need.
You really used the whole tube? That's quite a bit! Just keep an eye on your CPU temperatures. If they stay within a good range, you might be fine leaving it as is. No need to uninstall it unless you see red flags on temp readings.
Reusing the paste isn’t a good idea. The cleanup can be a pain if it gets messy, and if you had to take off the cooler later, it could be tougher to clean up then. It's a hassle but you’ll manage!
Just leave it if you can! It won’t harm anything since it's non-conductive, but be prepared for some cleanup later. Make sure you have isopropyl alcohol ready!
