Did I Really Brick My Gaming Laptop by Deleting Temp Files?

Hey everyone! I think I might have done something to mess up my gaming laptop. The other day, I was trying to update Valorant, but I ran out of storage space. I watched a YouTube video that suggested deleting temp files to free up some space. There was a warning saying that some of these files might be important for running applications, but I went ahead and deleted them anyway since the guy in the video did it. Now, the next day, I can't run Roblox or Valorant at all—the screen just freezes when I try to open them! The strange thing is that I can still play Marvel Rivals and Tiny Glade without any issue. I'm not sure if those temp files were crucial, but I also remember deleting some other stuff on the local disk, and I can't recall what it was. Can anyone help me figure this out?

Honestly, I don't think deleting temp files alone would brick your games, since I've done it plenty of times without issues. It’s likely that the other files you deleted on the local disk are the problem. I’d recommend trying to delete and reinstall Valorant and Roblox to see if that resolves the freezing issue.

I actually did try reinstalling Roblox, but it still freezes up when I launch it.
