I just cleaned my GPU with 70% isopropyl alcohol without realizing it was that concentration until I turned it on afterwards. It seems to be working fine, but I'm really worried about possible corrosion. What's the best course of action now?

No worries! Alcohol evaporates really quickly. As long as it was off while it was wet, you're probably fine. It doesn't leave behind harmful residue like some people worry about.
You should turn it off and unplug it right away. Let it dry out with a fan blowing on it overnight and you should be all set by tomorrow!
But could that water content cause problems later on?
