I was cleaning my old computer to sell it and used a vacuum to remove the dust inside, not knowing this could potentially damage it. I haven't turned it on since. Should I be worried? What should I do to check if it's still working?

It's grounding yourself that counts. As long as everything's connected well, you're likely safe. You might try holding the power button for about 20 seconds to clear any residual power before turning it on. But if you want to be cautious, just see if it works first!
Just power it on! You're probably overthinking it, and if there was any damage, it's already done. It’s the only way to know for sure if it's fine or not.
Honestly, it's way easier to turn it on than to worry about this. Just plug it in and give it a shot. If it doesn't work, then we can troubleshoot from there.
I wouldn't stress too much about it. Your best bet is to just give it a try and see if it boots up. It could be totally fine.
