I just finished building my new PC but I'm running into an issue during booting. I'm seeing a message that says: "Press to enter setup" but pressing delete doesn't do anything. I recently installed a new CPU, and it mentions something about fTPM/PSP being corrupted or its NV structure changing. I can either press Y to reset fTPM or N to keep the old fTPM record. The problem is, pressing Y doesn't work, only N does, which lets me enter BIOS. However, I'm concerned about the message stating that fTPM won't enable with the new CPU. Both the CPU and motherboard (Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX with Ryzen 5 7600X) are brand new. What steps should I take from here?

It looks like the issue is related to the TPM configuration. Since your PC is new, it should be able to handle the TPM setup correctly. If Y doesn't respond, stick with N for now. You can always try updating the BIOS if problems persist, but it's usually not necessary just for a fresh build. Also, double-check your connections for the keyboard; sometimes that's the culprit!
You might not need a BIOS update right away. It seems like this is just the system trying to set up the TPM for the new install. If you're getting through the BIOS with option N, that's a good sign. Just make sure your BIOS settings are correct for your new CPU, and try hitting Y again after checking that. If it still doesn't work, look into updating the BIOS as a last resort.
