Do I need a new PSU for an RTX 5070 upgrade?

I'm thinking about upgrading my GPU to an RTX 5070 that I found for 500 euros. Right now, I'm using a Be Quiet System Power 8 600W PSU with my 3060 Ti and Ryzen 5 5600. I'm not sure if I need a new power supply for the 5070. I believe the wattage should be good, but my current PSU only has one cable for the GPU, which doesn't seem ideal. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The RTX 5070 requires about 250 watts, and running it with just one cable using a daisy chain isn't the best setup. If you can, consider getting a modern 750 watt PSU with native 12v2x6 support to avoid using an adapter. Do you have a budget in mind for this upgrade?

Fair point, thank you, I do have the budget so might as well.

For the RTX 5070, upgrading to a PSU between 700 to 750 watts is recommended for better reliability. This will help ensure that your system runs smoothly under load.
