I've got a Corsair RM750e power supply, and it only comes with one PCIe cable, but my 9070XT graphics card needs two. I heard that daisy chaining PCIe cables isn't a great idea, so I'm wondering whether I should just order an additional 6+2 cable from Corsair. Alternatively, is it safe to use one connector from the daisy chain along with the single PCIe cable? I'm a bit unsure about whether the daisy chain can deliver enough power without causing any issues.

If you're using the latest model of the RM750e, the PCIe connectors aren't daisy chained. Each connector runs on separate wires directly to the PSU, so it functions as two independent cables, giving you all the power you need!
I’d recommend giving it a try first! Using one from the split cable and the single PCIe cable should work just fine without destroying your GPU. If you run into any instability or crashes, then definitely think about getting that extra cable later on.
Using a daisy chain with Corsair units can be okay. While people usually advise against it for lower quality PSUs, yours should be fine as long as it's compatible. Just be sure to verify with your PSU’s specs. You're on the right track!
The new PSUs actually include a 12V to 2x PCIe cable, so you might want to check for that. If you have it, just use that instead. It should handle everything without a hitch!
