I reached out to the sales team about accessing GPT-5.1, and they suggested I submit a TPM request. They mentioned that this would kick off both the approval process for GPT-5.1 and a review of my TPM request. I received two emails confirming my application approval and stating that I was onboarded. However, I don't have access to GPT-5.1 as a deployable model. Sales mentioned that not having an EA isn't a dealbreaker, but I wonder if I need to submit a separate access request instead. Any advice?

Have you filled out the access request form? You can find it on the Azure site; it's typically the standard procedure for accessing models like GPT-5.1 or the related ones. Just be aware that due to high demand, there can be a waitlist. The good thing is, you don't need an EA or MCA to submit your request.

No, sales directed me to submit a TPM request. I guess I'll go ahead and fill out the access form. I did reply to the emails I received, but I’m a bit worried that submitting multiple forms might confuse things.
