I'm in the process of building a new PC and I have a non-boot NVME SSD filled with games that I want to transfer over. It doesn't have Windows on it, and I'm installing another SSD as the boot drive. Should I wipe all the files on my existing SSD before moving it, or can I just plug it into my new build as is?

You can just move the SSD over without wiping it. It should work fine, but make sure to assign it a drive letter in the new system if it doesn’t show up automatically.
Generally, you might run into issues with the games not launching because the new PC will not recognize the installed games. You don’t need to uninstall them first, but you may have to reinstall or reconfigure some software to get them to work right.
I moved my 2TB SSD from my old PC, and Steam recognized all my games without a hitch. Just double-check where the installation files are for any non-Steam games, as you may need to point to them manually.
Just swap it in! If you’re using Steam, you can point it to the new file location for your games instead of having to redownload them all. Just keep in mind some non-Steam games might need a bit of extra attention.
