I'm building my first PC and have mostly settled on my parts. However, I've run into a potential issue with the motherboard's M.2 slot. According to my PC part picker list, using the M.2 slot (specifically M2_1) will disable two of the SATA 6 Gb/s ports. Is this something I should be concerned about?

If you're not planning to use SATA drives, you should be fine with this setup!
You've got 6 SATA ports, but 2 will stop working if you use the M.2 slot. If you're only using 4 SATA drives, this won't be a problem at all, given the rest of your build. Just keep that in mind!
Unless you're thinking of using more than 4 SATA drives, this shouldn't be an issue. Just be cautious about your part choices—especially the GPU and RAM; they might not be the best options. Are you buying used parts?
Yeah, the GPU will be used. What's wrong with it and the RAM?
