Do PSU and GPU Compatibility Issues Arise with My Motherboard?

Hey everyone! I'm diving into a new build and I'm curious about the compatibility of parts with motherboards. Specifically, I'm considering the MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk Wifi. I've already confirmed that my RAM and storage options are on the compatibility list. However, I've noticed that the list for graphics cards (VGA) doesn't include any NVIDIA 50 series cards, and the power supply unit (PSU) I'm eyeing, the RM750x, isn't listed either. Is it safe to assume that the VGA list might just be outdated, and the PSU compatibility list only reflects what's been officially tested by MSI? Any insights or confirmations would really help! Also, I realized I made a mistake—this motherboard supports PCIe 4.0, while everything else I ordered is PCIe 5. Should I cancel my order?

Yeah, I can confirm! Most PSUs and GPUs will work just fine with your motherboard as long as it's ATX and has a PCI-E slot. It’s generally not an issue since compatibility is pretty broad these days. You can always double-check by using PCPartPicker to make sure everything fits together nicely.

Thanks a ton! I checked on PCPartPicker and it showed no incompatibility warnings, but I was just being cautious after seeing those lists.
