I'm curious about how deleting partitions impacts BitLocker. If I delete a partition on my computer, will that also remove BitLocker encryption? I'm not sure how everything is connected, especially concerning my Windows installation and anything stored in the TPM chip.

It’s a bit more complicated. Your BitLocker recovery key is stored in the TPM chip as well. If you delete the partitions and also clear the TPM, then yes, BitLocker might be removed. However, since it’s closed source, I can’t guarantee that for sure.
What exactly are you trying to achieve by deleting the partitions? Knowing your goal can help clarify how BitLocker would be impacted.
BitLocker is integrated with Windows, so as long as you still have Windows on your device, you won't lose the BitLocker software. But the effects depend on what exactly you are doing with the partitions. It’s important to clarify your configuration to get better advice.
