Does low mains voltage cause my PC to freeze and stutter?

I've been experiencing issues with my PC lately. About three weeks ago, while playing Cyberpunk, the game started stuttering and freezing about 30 minutes in. Textures would disappear, and it seems this issue only happens when the mains voltage drops below 218 volts. When the voltage rises above that, everything runs smoothly again. I have a 15KVA AVR in my home, so I'm trying to figure out what's going on.

It sounds like your transformer might not be delivering stable voltage, which can definitely cause performance issues. Have you considered getting an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for your PC? It can help smooth out any voltage fluctuations and protect your hardware.

I actually had a technician check my transformer, and it seems to be fine. I did get an offline UPS recently, but the stuttering still happens when the voltage dips to below 218, even if it remains steady at 215.
