I'm curious if my NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 supports DisplayPort 2.1A and UHBR 20. I have a new gaming setup with a CORSAIR Vengeance i5100 desktop featuring an Intel Core i9 14900KF and 32GB of RGB DDR5 RAM. My monitor, which I'm waiting for, is an ASUS ROG Swift 27" 4K QD-OLED that does support DP 2.1A. However, I heard that only the AMD Radeon Pro W7900 and Pro 7800 graphics cards can utilize these higher data rates. Can anyone confirm if the RTX 5080 can handle this?

Yes, the entire RTX 50 series, including the RTX 5080, supports DisplayPort 2.1B and UHBR20. You're good to go!
Thanks for the quick reply! I found this info that backs up what you said: https://www.pugetsystems.com/parts/Video-Card/NVIDIA-GeForce-RTX-5080-16GB-16122/#:~:text=NVIDIA%20GeForce%20RTX%205080%2016GB%20Ports&text=DisplayPort%202.1%20Out%20Port%3A%20Outputs,or%208k%20165hz%20with%20DSC. Just worried about spending all this money and not getting it right.
