I'm curious about how much FPS I can expect while playing Fortnite on low settings with my setup, which includes a 4060 Ti graphics card, an Intel i7 12700KF processor, and 32GB of DDR5 RAM. Any insights?

At 1080p and low settings, you're probably looking at around 240 FPS, which should make for a smooth experience!
You should definitely check out YouTube benchmarks! Just search "12700KF 4060Ti Fortnite" and you'll find some great comparisons that give you a better idea.
Fortnite is pretty much a CPU-bound game, so with your i7-12700KF, you should see really good performance. Personally, I get around 200 FPS on medium settings with a similar setup but using a 2070 instead of the 4060 Ti.
Yeah, given your specs, you might even average close to 300 FPS in competitive modes!
